An image on Twitter of rockets sailing toward London's Houses of Parliament is the Israeli military's official response to criticism of its ongoing offensive in Gaza.
Captioned "What Would You Do?" the fake photo appeared Monday on the official Twitter account of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
The Palestinian militant group Hamas has fired more than 1,000 missiles from Gaza into Israel since hostilities between the two sides escalated into exchanges of rockets and airstrikes beginning July 9.
The greater civilian death toll on the Palestinian side of the conflict has prompted criticism of Israel's military offensive, which last week became a ground campaign to root out missile launch sites and to close off tunnels used by Hamas to move weapons and fighters.

If there were a significant number of Britons still alive who remembered the V-1s, V-2s and the Battle of Britain, that might’ve had an impact. As it is, I’ll bet it’ll be written of as “Zionist propaganda” or some such.
Once it happened—remember V-2? they carried a lot more explosives too. Any nation that suffered rocket attack would respond—The wave of Anti-Semitism is what is fueling the move for Israel to just take it! The Iron Dome has proven to be a PR problem for Israel—by stopping the rockets it makes it appear as if only the Gaza Children face death. In truth its a war—and people die. It must be finished! One side must clearly win and one side lose—by doing these Peace breaks—only prolongs the pain. You know what would happen is Hamas wins and takes over Israel? Would they declare peace? No—it would be a bloodbath.
The liberal, Jew-hating world thinks that terrorists attacks should be met with “in kind” responses and that it just isn’t “fair” that the terrorists are suffering more losses than the Israelis. Screw ‘em. Israel’s right to peacefully exist outweighs the anti-Semites delicate sensibilities of fairness.
The Brits killed 25,000+ in one night fire bombing Dresden. I don’t think they distributed any pamplets or “knocked” on any roofs prior to the destruction.
Maybe it would satisfy the liberals if Israel would just launch one-for-one, randomly aimed, unguided rockets back into Gaza!
Only if Israel turned off its Iron Dome missile interceptor system and allowed Hamas to indiscriminately murder Jews.
They could turn it off over the Dome of the Rock and let a few fall there...

England responded, with American and Canadian help, to the German rocketing of London with the carpet-bombing of German cities.
Israel has the same right, and that it doesn’t indiscriminately bomb Gaza is a tribute to the morality under which the IDF operates.
That more Palestinians have died in the last couple weeks than Israelis is due to the intense desire, and significant investment, by Israel to protect its citizens with a missile defense, an early warning system and bomb shelters. The Paleoswinians, instead of even building bomb shelters, build tunnels from which they plan(ned) to attack and murder or kidnap Israeli civilians. They warn their citizens NOT to leave a building tha Israel warns is about to be attacked!! Why? Because the leadership (elected by a huge majority of the population) WANTS its own civilians to be killed or wounded.
There IS no comparison of the 2 sides, just as there is no comparison between the reactions of England and Israel to being bombed. England, the US (which is to say, our traitorous leadership) and others criticizing Israel for defending itself with tremendous restraint need to do the world a simple favor: STFU!!!
