They are trying to edit Wikipedia to give the SU-25 the capability to do what they claim one from Ukraine did.
Wikipedia is like public toilet - you never know who was there before you :-)
If someone pooped on the floor and other person cleans up - it is not sign of panic, more a sign of civic responsibility.
Wikipedia is kind of tug of war, as can be seen by so many locked entries.
