I believe this is the case where on another thread I remarked that a bystander picture of the two LEOs showed them crouched behind their vehicle doors (guns drawn and aiming in front of them)apparently before the shooting.
I think asked the question, “where is the video from the cruiser?” Since it was pointing in the direction of the victim, it must have clearly shown what happened, where is it? Where? No one on that thread could tell me.

Quite possible, from my own experience, that the camera was canted to the right. Officers do this at the beginning of the shift to better catch what goes on during traffic stoops, since they point their vehicles a little to,the left, offset from the vehicle they are stopping, thus the field of vision may be off and unable to catch the incident depending on where,they were standing. My 2 cents
