For the first time, working-class whites make up less than half of Ohio’s eligible voters, part of a demographic shift in a key Midwestern swing state that is pushing political parties to widen their appeal beyond the once-dominant bloc.

Nationwide, working-class whites—defined as those ages 18 to 64, with less than a bachelor’s degree—are more likely to be socially conservative, less optimistic about their futures and skeptical of big government. But in Ohio, the group has been much more politically divided: encompassing deeply religious, GOP-leaning conservatives in rural areas as well as unionized blue-collar Democrats in cities.

Now, those voters are getting older, moving some of them into a 65-plus group that is more likely to back the GOP. The shift is one facet of a changing political order—and both parties say they are getting the message. …

A disease that is spreading across America and will ultimately kill it.

There was a time when we could count on the replacement of our demographic with “fresh troops”. No more.

I don’t really care about “working class whites”. I care about working class people who share my values.

there is no working class

jobs have been destroyed

leisure class has taken over

people who want to work can, it just doesn’t pay anything

there is still plenty of work to be done, just no one honest, everybody trying to cheat and steal their way to riches

some of us just plug along with integrity

An illustration of the ongoing conquest of America. The liberals have been flooding Ohio with third world people and this fact will ensure eternal leftist dominance. For example about 60,000 Somalians have been moved into Columbus. The recent influx of children from Latin America-soon to be followed by their voting parents-will help consolidate liberal control.

However, white Liberal control will last only has long as the Third World people tolerate white dominance and wealth. The stage is being set for a Social War to end all Social Wars!

With the Democrats essentially having a lock on 240 or so electoral votes, they only need to win Ohio or Florida.

And both of these states (despite having Republican governors and Sec of State) seem to have a lot of reports of vote fraud.

Dumbo Obama's laser-like focus on destroying jobs takes a toll.

GOP-e types are not above a little malfeasance. Just ask William T. Cochran. Never mind that Kasich is a RINO’s RINO.

You just summed up much of Ohio's economy. Scioto County, for example, used to make steel, shoes, run railroads, and enrich uranium. Now the manafacture and sale of Meth is the leading industry.

Remember Romney 47%? Well it is now much larger percent. Get used to it. The underclass has now become the over class and will control America.

Combination if immigration, higher birth rates in minority communities, and more whites getting college degrees and no longer being classified as “working class”.

(If you have a BA in Fine Arts and work as a barista at Starbucks, are you classified as working class by government demographers? It’s a good question.)
