I hope he got em each in the shoulders and knees, tearing through their ligaments, too remind them of their irresponsible acts and inform them they should follow lawful procedures and do a damned investigation.

He said he would kill anyone breaking into his home?
And?
Pathetic excuse to use his costume as some idiotic premise for their actions.
I dress in various arrays of costume and it has little to do with who I really am and actually infers absolutely nothing.

I don’t think that punishment would be severe enough. Her punishment should be a social one, not a criminal one, to send a message that SWATting is not just a criminal offense but so serious that it should hurt the SWATter for the rest of their life.
As well, it shows a great need for states to crack down on spontaneous and ill prepared SWAT operations against the vast majority of people who should have never been assaulted that way.

+5!!
This woman should be shunned when she gets out of prison, if she does. What an evil pig.

Perhaps I should have made explicit that by "Scum of the earth" I meant the cops who came up with flimsy and fabricated rationalizations for their actions.

If that's the only criteria police need to SWAT your home, a lot of guys are in deep trouble. Sometimes it only takes a delusional neighbor with an ax to grind...

I’ve yet to read any account that states who wounded and killed the cops. My bet is that most of the bullets in the cops came from cops’ weapons.

Most of these raids are stupid and pointless. You can pick these people up while they are getting gas, coming out of a grocery store. Night time no-knock raids are ridiculous.
And not knowing exactly who is inside before you do something that dangerous is very bad police work. Oh, real police work is hard... too bad.
