Good evening Kathy & hope your Wednesday wasn't too crazy.
It's so hot here the trees are whistling for dogs!:)
I ordered a new meat grinder & spent the evening making ground beef.
Chuck roasts were on sale for $2.49 per pound so I loaded up & made several pounds on the cheap.
I need to summer in Anchorage! :)
