Indeed. Great turnout. Especially considering the meeting took place at 3:00 in the afternoon on a work day.

Actually, it's spelled "ridiculous".

That's the beautiful part of the State of Jefferson movement. If you don't think the effort is worthwhile, you are not obligated to participate.

Forgive my cell phone posting errors. Any way you spell it, it has as much chance of happening as I do of becoming Pope and I’m not Catholic.

I hope I will still be able to sell my house in Mexifornia...er, I mean West California, because I Will definitely move to Jefferson. I am not holding my breath, but I can dream, can’t I?

Oh. Right. Blame it on the cell phone, not your lousy California public school education.

Be that as it may. It is our time to do with as we please. If we want to waste it, what difference does that make to you?

Now, go away and don't darken this thread again or I shall taunt you a second time.

You Southern Californians are the reason we want our own state. Can you blame us for trying to get away from you?

Of course you can dream.

Just be aware of the dream squashers. Ignore them. They're like skunks who have no control of their stink glands. They like to spray their stink everywhere they go. They must like the smell.

It makes no difference to me at all. I just stated a fact.

Actually, you stated an opinion.

You should probably get a new cell phone. The one you have is dumb.

So you think the State Legislature and Congress will approve carving up California into smaller states? As I posted earlier that’s as likely as me becoming Pope.

The Six Californias movement is totally different from the State of Jefferson effort.

Seriesly, dude (or dude-ette) you need a new cell phone.

Look. If a guy who accomplished absolutely nothing the first 45 years or so of his life can get elected President of the most powerful country on the planet, I'm not going to risk losing a penny on whether or not you might become Pope one day.

When did I write anything about six states? I wrote “states”- two or more. Even my lousy California schooling taught me that creating a State of Jefferson would carve up the state into smaller parts.
