MISSISSIPPI State Supreme Court Turns Down McDaniel's Request for a Rehearing

JACKSON, Miss. – The Mississippi Supreme Court says they are not going to rehear State Senator Chris McDaniel’s request for unredacted poll books. He wanted to look at poll books in Harrison County without the voter’s personal information blacked out so he could distinguish between voters with similar names.

Justices Michael Randolph, James W. Kitchens and David Chandler wrote in an attached letter that they supported McDaniel’s motion because “assuring the integrity of the electoral process is a matter of the highest priority,” but it was not enough to swing the decision. - See more at: http://www.newsms.fm/state-supreme-court-turns-mcdaniels-request-rehearing/#sthash.4BOroWnr.dpuf

I’m pretty sure that you just said something along the lines of “They won, you lost”, which is exactly what the lunatics on the left said about Obama’s policies.

Amazing.

At some point you have to ask, why act in a civil manner when the powers that be lie, cheat, steal, and probably even murder to keep your voice from being heard. If this is all that politics has to offer, they should not be surprised when masses turn out to start dismantling “The System”, brick by brick...

I know 95% of the people on this forum are going to disagree with me, but McDaniel didn’t stand a chance at reversing the results of this election. The fix was in from the top to the bottom. He should have swallowed his pride, accepted the defeat and lived to fight another day. And everyone would have respected him and realized that at the end of the day he was the better man. Instead he’s come across as a sore loser and his followers don’t understand the big picture here. We need the senate. We need the senate. We can purge these rinos over time... and make them vote the right way by the pressure we put on them.

I hope McDaniel can pull off a recount or better yet, new special election, but if he is hosed due to this unfair election, I hope he calls a press conference and says:

"The NRSC and MS GOP, led by McConnell, Boehner, McCain, and other RINOs have caused me to lose this election with dirty tactics and outright lies.

Therefore, I am FORCED to concede to a corrupt Mississippi justice system led by Haley Barbour.

Concessions are usually given with an endorsement, so, begrudgingly, here it is:

"I endorse the most honest, conservative, pro-gun, pro-life candidate for US Sentator, and that would be DEMOCRAT Travis Childers".

WRONG. It is time to say NO MORE less of two evils.

If I were McDaniel, I would run as a write in candidate. Now would this allow the democrats to win? Maybe, but again maybe not. Since these REPUBLICAN ESTABLISHMENT didn’t want to play fair, why should McDaniel play fair? Who knows, he just may win.
