Yeah, that car just up and decided to kill three people! For starters, all car’s gas tanks need to be limited to ten gallons, and the ignition switches need to be “personalized” so that the owner is the only one who can start the car. Finally, the tires must have the car’s license number etched into the tread so that we will know which car ran over someone. There, problem solved!!

Hmmmm an experienced driver with the ambition to steal a car would not run this into a bunch of people. They would want that vehicle for themselves or the mission they were on...Me thinks these perps are young and really dumb and maybe not even drivers....JMHO.

I hope the victims weren’t my people; that is the best one can hope for in such lawless times.
Uhh, wouldn't it help if you actually described what they look like.....But then again the lack of description tells me everything I need to know.
