For the second time in eight days, a South Florida circuit judge has declared the state's gay marriage ban unconstitutional and ordered that same-sex couples be allowed to marry.

These judges are sickening, endorsing and forcing the citizenry to support perversion.
May God, the Righteous Judge, have His way.
The Fox tv station just reported two lesbians were going to have a “more perfect union” in the near future....the media trying to be a voice of moral authority.
From the article:
“Zabel wrote in her order, citing a 1967 Supreme Court ruling that overturned a state ban on interracial marriage.”
Interracial marriage and homosexuality are NOT THE SAME THING.
Are there no black robed people with INTELLIGENCE any more??
Why do these idiot judges stop there? Why are they not including polygamy and the pedophile community? If a homosexual pervert has the right why not the other perversions? You know it is coming down the road....
By the way, this is a STATE judge, sworn to uphold the STATE constitution, right?
The state constitution EXPLICITLY defines marriage...so the judge is OUT OF LINE trying to override the constitution.
This is an abrogation of the rule of law, and making the land a “rule of men”....something that will destroy society.
The state may recognize abomination, but I don’t, nor do I have to according to the Constitution.
The sleaze at the Tampa Bay Times dubbed Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, who appealed these two ILLEGAL rulings as the “Loser of the Week”:
Imagine that...”journalists” attacking a politician for DEFENDING THE CONSTITUTION.
Except if you’re a wedding photographer or a cake maker....Or soon, a church....
Sexual deviancy is a behavior and a bad behavior at that - it as nothing to do with civil rights.
Deus stetit - God stands.
no one in their right mind can call gay unions marriage. It is a sexual preference and nothing more. Nothing will change that.
The lawsuits are brought up before known, sympathetic judges. It’s not coincidence. The fix is alive and well, but America is sick.
If it weren't for sympathetic judges legislating from the bench, the homosexual agenda wouldn't be half as far along as it is.
We knuckle-draggers just have to remember: it's not wrong when they do it.
How can there be a ban on something that cannot exist?
Maybe lawmakers and the public should phrase this differently, in a way to force these judges to define exactly what they mean when they say “gay marriage.” How can a license be issued to engage in something that does not exist, when no one even knows what it is?
Greetings to you Joe from Plant City. Take care of yourself and stay alert.
I think the gov’t needs to get out of marriage period. No more taxing it, no more licensing it. Unfortunately, it will let the gays marry but I don’t want to see these judges forcing churches to marry in the future. It’s coming and if they gov’t doesn’t get out of marriage it will happen.
This is the New Enlightened World, right is wrong, wrong is right, up is down, down is up. I, personally, don’t like it. And if I interphet the Word of God correctly, neither does He. I do not have much time left to be in it and sooner or later God will show His disapproval and rectify the situation.
~Newt Gingrich, 2012
Because to the state in the modern era, marriage is simply whatever judges, pols, or the voting majority thinks it is at any one time. That’s all it ever was or can be to the state, it only worked as long as it did because there were sane people deciding the state’s definition of marriage. For many the first impossibility was civil divorce and remarriage, then for many more easy and repeated civil divorce and remarriage, and now finally ‘gay marriage.’
According to Joan Rivers we have same "Sex" sex going on in the black house!!!

There is a simple formula on the matter, either you’re willing to offend people for the sake of God and sacrificing a desirable tax-exempt status, or the religion in question gets effectively proven to be just another worldly institution. At the rate things are going, we will literally be seeing the vetting out of which Churches are truly of God, and which ones aren’t, in not so long a time.
The fact that people actually have to define what marriage is in the law is pretty tragic and disturbing, in and of itself.
I doubt it. Some people don’t have any sense on the matter. There is no closet for skin color. I have yet to hear about anyone ever “coming out” about their skintone either.
We have to support groups that are doing the right thing, aka saving the Republic, without regard to 501(c)3 status. Our future is at stake; whether or not that $20 or $100 donation can be deducted should be a minor concern.
