The airline said the Panama-bound plane was forced to return to Toronto Friday morning about 45 minutes into the flight after a passenger, identified by authorities as Ali Shahi, made a "direct threat against the aircraft."
Witnesses told CNN affiliate CTV that Shahi said he wanted to bomb Canada.

Two clues right there.
The entire exchange between the pseudo-concerned Anderson Cooper and the soccer mom, blonde reporter exemplified perfectly the cynical, leftist media angle on anything “terrorist” and involving Muslims. In their tone and words both “reporters”, who basically knew nothing, implied skepticism regarding the threat the man presented.
Just like every terrorist attack “thwarted” since 9/11 was a setup by undercover feds spoon feeding ideas and technology to some idiot Islamists.
And after trillions of dollars and a decade of war we got zero proof that we got the man supposedly responsible for 9/11. Islamic burial at sea my f’n ass.
I’m not sure 9/11 was a planned event of collusion, ignorance, incompetence or deceit on the part of our government.
I tend to think that Clinton was in large part responsible, and I think that Jaime Gorelick, as the number two in the Justice Department who set up the wall between CIA and FBI was equally responsible in essence. She later presided as a CEO in Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac and made millions as well as a principal contributor to the 9/11 after action panel. Egregious duplicity there.
Finally, as for Osama, they’ll have to show me detail pictures of his bullet ridden body AND proof they dumped HIS body in the ocean. Very fishy story there. Unbelievable in fact.
Based on government actions since 9/11, I’m almost certain they were involved and it was not ignorance.
5+ years ago I would have called the notion insane but now we are seeing their true colors.

Why not carry a couple of wooden pencils on the plane with you. When the opportunity presents itself, shove one through the guys kidney and the other one into his neck. Give him a taste of your threat to his life for disturbing your flight.
