Now front page news soon to be in the corporate obituary column. First the board has to go. Why? It does not know the grocery business let alone Market Basket's. It does not know its employees or its customers. Lets step over that bump in the road for now. They hired co-CEO's. That never works again pointing to the lace of management structure needed to run a 71 store chain. Let's step over that hurdle also. One of the co-CEO's is from Albertson which was torn apart by a strike 10 years or so ago on the West Coast. never recovered. The other star is from Radio Shack. Haven't been in a Radio Shack in 10 years. So here's what this board did; they fired the CEO and caused 25,000 employees, non union, to walk off the job and close 71 stores; hire two failures to manage the company into non-existence.

I wish Arthur T. Demolus success in buying out Arthur S.
The employees who are out on strike supporting Arthur T. are toast if he does not return.
Felicia Thornton, a former executive of the grocery chain Albertsons, and Jim Gooch, former president and chief executive at RadioShack Corp. will toast anyone who opposed them as soon as they get a chance if they stay.
The board are dolts for think that co-CEO will work.
That board sounds like a bunch that inherited their stock and are only experienced in jet-setting around with the likes of Al Bore

Mr. Bloody Sam Roberts and I support the employees. As loyal Market Basket customers, we pray it ends in Arthur Ts favor SOON. We had to shop elsewhere this week and therefore paid more for groceries. It is a great grocery store. No frills just good food at great prices. Great customer service too. It’s really something to see employees rally around a boss who apparently treated them well.
Sigh, I miss Basket of Marketing as we call it...
