As a Member of Congress from a state on our southern border, I see firsthand the realities of illegal immigration. In fact, much of the recent public outcry originated from busloads of illegal immigrants dumped in Arizona a few short months ago. The strain placed on state and local governments overwhelms security, education, and medical services, making them harder to come by for citizens and immigrants alike.
Weve all read the stories of blown budgets and rising crime, but Members of Congress who come from border states dont need to read those stories.
Doing nothing is not an option. Doing nothing allows the Obama Administration to continue their failed policies that have led to lack luster border protection, illegal immigrant families being released into our communities, and thousands of unaccompanied alien children being wards of the state for more than 3 years at enormous taxpayer expense.

Despite the still too high American unemployment, Salmon continues to push for H-1B guest workers, Id like to get something done, he tells Ingraham. When questioned about whether it would be reckless to flood the labor market with additional workers given the already exorbitant rate of unemployment, Salmon was flippant, saying. There are so many people in our country who would rather sit on public assistance than work.
McSalmon thinks all these tech workers are lazy.
Salmon was better than the McCain pick. Hopefully Salmon gets a challenger in 2016. These guys want to stay in office for decades.
He goes on about securing the border, but to use Romney’s words, we have to turn off the magnet. Cut off schooling, government assistance and the hiring by unscrupulous employers.
Then we would have an A#1 litmus test for all congress critters come November.
More republicans need to be threatening obama with impeachment
