Yeah, something like that, but IIRC, he maintains a residence in MN.
Geez, 27 hours? It's not a murder trial. maybe the judge should declare a mistrial (or whatever is declared in civil cases when the jury cannot reach a verdict).
By the way, I'm pretty sure that in Virginia, cases such as this do not require a unanimous verdict.
You look at the past history of this guy and the fact he is suing a widow and the children of the guy he says slandered him makes me say he is guilty and deserved to be punched.
Nothing has defamed Jesse the scumbag more than him filing this lawsuit.
