Amnesty: With word out about U.S. coddling of Central American illegal immigrants, Haitians and people from much farther abroad are flooding our shores to get their slice. This is what comes when politics trumps law.
Some of the strongest voices speaking in favor of amnesty for the latest flood of illegal immigrants from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, such as columnist George Will, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and the Catholic bishops, have used the hardship and mercy argument to scrap the law and permit the illegals to stay.
"The idea that we can't assimilate these 8-year-old 'criminals' with their teddy bears is preposterous," Will told Fox News on Sunday.
Pelosi likened illegals to "baby Jesus" and said she wanted to take some home (sounding as if she thought they were pets) while the Catholic bishops said America should accept them regardless of cost.
Mercy, in other words, is the argument, as if there's something unique about Central America, a group of countries that are all democracies with citizens who are empowered to vote to change their economic conditions if they want to.
The insistence on special treatment for Central Americans over those who follow the law and wait in line to immigrate is a preoccupation of many of our elites. These are the very same people, as the late New York Timesman Scotty Reston put it, who will do anything for Latin America except read about it.
The hard reality is, if the law is suddenly rendered null based on the treacly photos of cherubic toddlers and their moms, it's not going to be just Central Americans at our door.

If you don’t have the facts or law, abuse the plaintiff: “Racist!” “Xenophobe!”
And if you don’t have logic on your side, or the ethical standing to sway the argument, as a last resort appeal to pathos.

And when does our Congress start considering the “hardship” that decades of lax border security has imposed on Americans?
Lost jobs, highway deaths, unpaid medical bills, escalating prison costs, crime and welfare costs—not just our own underclass now, but the entire western hemisphere? and any others throughout the world who can afford air or boat passage to Mexico?, and important but never discussed: the demoralizing feeling knowing that your own government doesn’t give a **** about you. Since we’re in Pathos land.
So how about some “mercy” for the people paying the bills—American taxpayers.

They’re not. They are being brought in by a company named G4S Secure Solutions which is just but one of hundreds of subsidiary companies of G4S that provide security and transportation of illegal aliens in 5 continents. They are massive. They have sister companies that transport youth to detention facilities, provide security in government buildings. Their contracts probably number in the billions of dollars for all the of different divisions. Coyotes and drug dealers are also believed to be bringing them to within blocks then told to walk over. Have heard multiple accounts of this. After the children and the illegal adults are processed (they only take their name, date of birth, country of origin and the names of relatives from the intake from what I’ve seen) they are put into a temporary housing center that is usually one of the church charities buildings, then transferred to wherever they want to go in the U.S. usually to be reunited with their illegal alien families that are already here. From what I’ve been told the Feds already seem to know where their families live. This one tidbit makes me wonder how long ago they began this whole process and how much per-planning was involved.
Well stated...The liberal Rats and many Pubs have no mercy for the taxpayers footing the bills for illegals or for their own outrageous spending on phony issues.
They’re only concern is for their next election and pork projects, it’s even come to the point they don’t care who knows.

What pisses me off is if you and I can figure this out why the hell can’t republican congress people? Oh, I know! They can!
Let’s just say I’ve seen the proof in black and white and its pretting damning. It’s one thing to think we know the reason due to similar experiences with politicians in the past. It’s another thing to see the proof right in front of your eyes. I have absolutely no doubt; this was a planned invasion that has been in the works for years and was to only be used if 0 couldn’t convinve enough of his consituents to vote yes on amnesty.

Because they are focused on what makes THEM look good and what brings in the most campaign donations not what is best for US or our nation. Many have forgotten why they ran for office in the first place. Many of them know what we do but the solution would require too much effort on their part and they are used to the cushy lifestyle and have become apathetic and complacent. They have money shoved in front of their faces to stand by and do nothing. This is why we’re here. It will take men of true courage and character to take a stand against the truly evil spirit of the AC that has seized the WH
