I agree with the opinion that Obama is trying to provoke impeachment to get his base whipped up. It may also be intended to motivate illegal aliens to commit voter fraud.
He has no constitutional authority to do so. But when has he let a little thing like unconstitutionality stop him?

Im not arguing with you, but with only 1/3rd control, exactly what can they do? What powers do they have to stop this that doesnt require them to go through the senate?

ps: I generally favor (legal) immigration on a fairly liberal basis...but we must start screening (and throwing) out the thousands and thousands of IslamoNazi enemy agents and sympathizers Obama and Company have let in (and in some cases, brought in and paid for too).
AND there should be much, much lower immigration permitted when we have a Great Recession with so few jobs for American citizens
incidentally, who are among the first to be hurt by millions of new uneducated immigrants getting American jobs? Might it not be the black youth of America (who alreadly have a far, far too high unemplyment rate)

If they can manage that, then they might look for ways around the media to begin educating the mushy middle on the dangers to the republic and its economy of the current course. It wouldn't be hard - people are generally p*ssed off.

Forget unconstitutionality and crime, the guy is a flat out harcore blatant traitor and he should be removed from office ASAP, tried for treason and executed if found guilty. The code is extremely clear on that...

We now have a Federal Government with absolutely NO redeeming qualities.

If the GOP had any freaking sense at all....insert joke here...they would come out in front and reroute the money Obama wants for illegals to teen work programs in Chicago, Detroit, etc. Go to the streets of these cities and tell anyone who wants job training that they can get job training and help finding work compliments of the GOP and they’re taking the money back from Obama, from the illegals who were poised to take work from the legal kids of America!!! Stay on top of the program and make sure it is run right, tight and on point and show these kids....who will vote soon...who really gives a $hit about them. Man up and hit the streets GOP.
