Good question. I'll be calling my representatives in Congress tomorrow to ask that question. They'll ignore me. Enough of me's might get some attention. It's not as though the UN, which we Disproportionately fund, doesn't have a High Commissioner of Refugees. Which handles tens of millions of refugees, just not Palestinians who get their own agency.

All this goodie, goodie stuff with UNICEF makes people think, no matter what entity under the umbrella of the UN the entity is that it’s just wonderful, and so humanitarian, that it would never be good to stop funding the UN. OH MY...NEVER. (Being facetious here, does that require a /F?)
The "refugees" should have been absorbed as citizens into the host states decades ago. All the UN is doing is keeping people in permanent poverty in slums that breed the next generation of Jew haters and terrorists, and the next, and the next . . .

The overwrought UNRWA guy made an appearance on i24 this morning, and came off as a total Hamas tool. He kept claiming no terrorist group has ever been defeated by an organized army.
The IDF, meanwhile, has determined that Hamas was firing mortars in the vicinity of the latest school incident. They’re not yet sure whether the school was hit by their return fire or by errant Hamas rounds.
One little piece of trivia, in the course of Wednesday 50 Hamas rockets landed in Gaza. These dudes have raised friendly fire to an art form.
