It has been reported that President Barack Obama is planning to unilaterally attempt to grant legal status to illegal immigrants. There is no legal authority for him to do so. It has been reported that it may not be possible to stop Obamas action with a lawsuit because nobody would have standing to bring the lawsuit.

Obama seems to be campaigning for the GOP to win in November, but he doesn't know it
Legally, it may be correct that the States have legal standing.
With the widespread Trickle Down of Tyranny however, it will only take one or two tyrannical judges to make it nearly impossible for a suit to be heard.
Now that Boehner’s Rough Riding RINOs have passed a House Bill to Sue Obama over Obamacare Law Violations, it is time to draw of Articles of Impeachment on B. Hussein Obama for conspiracy to illegally bypass Congress during their 5 week August Recess, by illegally granting Amnesty to Illegal Alien invaders from Mexico and Central America.
He allows 5 million freeloaders to import and be given free stuff his downfall will be the blacks marching against him.
Then the Congressisonal Black Freestuff Caucus will turn on him.
What say you Jessie JackASSon? ;)
I strongly suggest we help get the message out to the “hood” that the President is going to give Citizenship and free stuff to Criminal invaders and that money is coming from the “give it to the blacks” account.
Beautiul....voted best post of the day.
Reminds me of "untouchable" Majority Leader Eric Cantor (ex-Rep-VA). Cantor was ahead 34 points in the polls---spent a gargantuan $5 million dollars on ads.
Cantor's incessant ads outlined his opponent's positions. But Cantor did not realize his ads made his opponent more appealing to voters.
Voters summarily dumped Cantor and elected his opponent.
That could also open the door to prosecution under the Hobbs Act---when states are economically undermined by corrupt activities of those in elected office.
REFERENCE SOURCE justice.gov---Criminal Resource Manual ---Section 9-131.000---THE HOBBS ACT18 U.S.C. § 1951
The Hobbs Act (18 U.S.C. § 1951) prohibits actual or attempted robbery or extortion affecting interstate or foreign commerce. Section 1951 also proscribes conspiracy to commit robbery or extortion without reference to the conspiracy statute at 18 U.S.C. § 371. Although the Hobbs Act was enacted as a statute to combat racketeering in labor-management disputes, the statute is frequently used in connection with cases involving public corruption, commercial disputes, and corruption directed at members of labor unions (has been recently utilized against corrupt elected officials).
Primary investigative jurisdiction of offenses in 18 U.S.C. § 1951 lies with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Inspector General's Office of Investigations, Division of Labor Racketeering (formerly the Office of Labor Racketeering), United States Department of Labor, is also authorized to investigate violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1951 in labor-management disputes involving the extortion of property from employers by reason of authority conferred on investigators as Special Deputy United States Marshals.--snip--
Nothing, not even a court order can MAKE a president enforce the law.
Sorry, that’s just the way our system is set up.
He can’t grant them amnesty, but he can just choose not to enforce the current laws, and nothing short of removal from office can stop him.
That will show him.
I bet that tyrant wakes up at night fearing a law suit, because that is the only thing that can stop him.
After all, Thomas Jefferson once said "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with law suits".
And apparently neither does the tanning and tobacco addicted, pink tie and tissue fanatic, Weeper of the House Bohner.
The tactical precision with which he caved and surrendered the House's two tyranny suppression tools is truly breathtaking.
I was speechless. When and where can I vote for some more of that!!!
Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution states that the federal government will protect individual states against invasion. The current federal practice sounds like grounds for a law suit to me.
“He allows 5 million freeloaders to import and be given free stuff his downfall will be the blacks marching against him.
Then the Congressisonal Black Freestuff Caucus will turn on him.”
Special Ed Schultz was railing against the idea yesterday on MSDNC. He was kinda pissed at another liberal asshat on his show that was promoting the idea. He said it will backfire on the demonrats in Nov.
Some of the other demonrat talking heads have been making noises about it being a bad idea too.
If Owebama tries to do that Hairy Reed may get pressured enough to allow a vote to stop him. I get the feeling Owebama is about to get the smirk slapped off his face.
Bob Beckel ( semi sane demonrat on Fox) said yesterday that the RATS are going to lose the Senate in Nov. The only question now is by how much.
Great. Non-suicidal state attorney general’s will sue the Marxist, America-hating ass hat in a federal judicial system inundated with Demonic Party libtard “judges” whose only goal in life is to ensure the success of destructive Demonic Party libtard policies and laws.
Everyone needs to sue corrupt democrats... Sue them until the American people wake up and realize it’s OK to criticize totalitarian jerks ...
Doesn’t know it?
Where do you get that nonsense?
If the repubs win and have control of the House and Senate, the dems and their allies in the MSM will have 2 years to orchestrate then blame all failures on the republicans.
The dems are looking at orchestrating a sweep in 2016, Presidency, House, and Senate, not some Podunk midterm election.
Forget the lawsuits already. If the President issues an illegal law the states can just nullify it. Simple. Its in the Constitution. They need to just stop the Feds from dropping these kids in their states. We dont’ need no steenking lawsuits. :-)
