CIA Admits to Hacking Senate Computers
National Journal ^ | 7/31/2014 | Dustin Volz

The Central Intelligence Agency improperly and covertly hacked into computers used by Senate staffers to investigate the spy agency's Bush-era interrogation practices, according to an internal investigation.

CIA Director John Brennan has determined that employees "acted in a manner inconsistent with the common understanding" brokered between the CIA and its Senate overseers, according to agency spokesman Dean Boyd.

The stunning admission follows a scathing, 40-minute speech by Senate Intelligence Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein on the Senate floor back in March, in which she accused the CIA of secretly accessing her panel's computers....

At the time, Brennan denied Feinstein's accusations, telling NBC News reporter Andrea Mitchell, "As far as the allegations of the CIA hacking into Senate computers, nothing could be further from the truth. … That's beyond the scope of reason."

But after being briefed on the inspector general's findings, Brennan "apologized" on Tuesday to both Feinstein and the panel's top Republican, Sen. Saxby Chambliss, for the actions of his officers, spokesman Boyd said.

So the Democrat opposition installed in the CIA spied on the Bush administration
for political purposes.

Ok, for all those MSM' who didn't like the idea of Bush cleaning house can now STFU!
And any future Administration had better KILL every damn Democrat job on the first day
or you will pay the price.

Now, this begs the question, Who in the Hell is going down for TREASON??!!

The CIA has no jurisdiction to spy on the President or Senate or Congress, or ANY American!
Someone authorized it,, Who is what we need to know, and which CIA operatives broke their sworn oath.

While your hypothesis is “off” on the details, at least you’ve got a handle on the level of audacity.

First thing, don’t focus on Presidents first in your research, focus on all the senior advisors, and who their mentors, backers, family, etc., are.

Presidents always pick from the menu of options presented to them by their advisors.

And the advisors last as Presidents come and go.

Here’s the Senate Committe testimony, a pdf file (about 1M), about project MKUltra.

The CIA has never been bothered by disregarding basic morality let alone “pesky” things like the law or Constitution.

I couldn’t tell if Lyinlibs was being sarcastic or serious.

I listen to Coast to Coast for entertainment, some take it seriously and make it their life.
I see no sarcasm in the post.

I've met a few x-Cia while living in VA, and they do not like what the organization
has become. It has become an out of control political arm. It's no secret.
Just like the DHS, FBI, and most other alphabet entities from our Government.

In Dallas/Irving the DHS, FBI, and CIA are all in the same building. That should not be.

Years ago I read that the CIA incorporated “for profit” in Puerto Rico. Apparently it is the only US agency with a “for profit” classification.

[Brennan is a loose cannon. Although a former CIA agent, he should not be in charge of the CIA. ]

i would put Don Bongino (sp) as head of the CIA if I had my druthers..

Brennan is dyed in the wool Islamist. People don’t realize/know that he was given a good political start by BushI who wanted someone who was friendly with Arabs.
