A former Washington Redskins player is fuming mad because Hillary Clinton had the audacity to call the football team's controversial name "insensitive."
Clint Didier, a former tight end for the team for seven years who is now running for Congress as a Republican in Washington State, released a six-paragraph statement Wednesday evening demanding Clinton's apology. In it, Didier also criticized remarks made by Clinton unrelated to the football team and closed with a reference to alfalfa.
"I'm just flabbergasted that Hillary Clinton now thinks she's the expert on what's insensitive. But if she has suddenly become the Miss Manners of politics, then maybe she's now willing to publicly apologize for HER OWN insensitive remarks, Like saying 'What difference does it make?' about the attacks in Benghazi," Didier said. "She says Redskins owners need to think hard about the name. I have to wonder if she thinks long and hard about her own insensitive remarks — like, that she can relate to the problems of most Americans because her family was 'dead broke.' Really?"

As a Cowboys fan I hated this guy with a passion. Now that he no longer wears those ugly azz colors, and the fact that he called out the Hildebeast he has now moved up from despised to OK.

You should. Tall guy, Clint Didier stands proud, looks you in the eye, means what he says and doesn't back down from what he believes. He IS a great American.
He would be a nightmare for beltway sycophants. If he wins the primary this week the DNC will spend millions to keep him away.
BTW a quick search of High School mascots in Arkansas where she was first lady and a larcenous lawyer shows: Redskins, Hillbillies, Apaches, Hustlers, Red Devils, Indians, Conquerers, Chickasaws, and Cavemen.
It looks like there's a lot of offending going on down in her adopted state that she never worked to stop.
Probably half the cities and counties in Oklahoma have Indian names.

Remember the top 2 vote getters will be in the general election. I am almost positive Newhouse will be one of them and hopefully Didier.
The GOP is already putting money behind Newhouse. He is the only one with TV adds. If Didier gets on also, they will rip him apart just like they did when he ran for Governor against Rossi.
I will be voting for Clint Didier in the Primary and if he makes it on the ballot I will vote for him in the General also.
He has always been a great American. He was one of my favorite players back in the 80s. Love the guy!

The Clintons are paranoid---Hillary's "dead broke" comment to ABC's Diane Sawyer is haunting her candidacy. The Clintons lay awake nights, trying to dream up angles to make voters forget her "dead broke" bomb.

Even though they were "dead broke" (snix), the greedy, mega-wealthy Clintons have money pouring in from everywhere without lifting a finger...said to be worth couple BILLION dollars.
Never-enough Bill/Hillary look to cash in w/ another go-round in the White House. The Clintons owe bigtime......money is pouring into their three tax-exempt foundations......and these donors expect payback.
