Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald's campaign to unseat Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) hasn't been going very well; ... FitzGerald spent Friday having to answer questions about a 2012 incident in which he and a woman who was not his wife were found in a car in a parking lot at 4:30 a.m. ... He said he got lost! LOL
Aw, so that’s what’s his name I couldn’t remember. All I knew was a DEM from around Cleveland was running against Kasich here in Ohio. Have to be mighty suspicious of candidates from that area - not that Kasich is the greatest governor ever, but, I think he’s the better choice of the two. Fitz - what’s his name came to our city in June or July to try and stir up trouble for Kasich - because of problems one of our largest employers was having. He tried to blame Kasich for what was happening in this company. He had about 20 or 25 people stand around and listen to him bloviate - but most felt the governor has no logs on this fire - its the company having hard times in this obama economy. Nice to know another D is unfaithful to his wife. Such a rare breed those DEMS are./s
How do potential candidates convince themselves that things like this will not be made public during a campaign?
Every election, the same thing.
A candidate is shocked, angered, embarrassed, or befuddled when these indiscretions or crimes are revealed.
Regardless of the party, if their own families cannot trust them, how is the public to do so?
“Have to be mighty suspicious of candidates from that area”
To those of us who believe character matters.
At least it was a Female and not a Male as is the case, and continues to be, with Obama.
Taking a Que from his political mentor Ted Kennedy, another Irish alley dog.
