And with no known cure or vaccine, its potential origins vary wildly from it being a CIA-manufactured weapon to a cover for "cannibalistic rituals."

I'm not suggesting that the disappearance of Ebola DNA material is related to Tekmira, but perhaps related to another group trying to develop meds.

More money! They've supposedly been knocking on doors for 40 years so that's obviously not working. Of course, we've been showing them how to dig water wells for decades longer than that and they still haven't a clue. If they truly wanted to better themselves, they easily could and it wouldn't take a dime.

Stop AIDS, keep your pants zipped.

Stop ebola, don't leave the victims' bodies laying in the streets for animals to eat on and then eat the animals. And don't fly all over the world spreading it everywhere.

Stop a hundred other diseases by washing your hands and keeping the house clean. It's not rocket science.

As for them running from the health workers, well, yeah. I'd run too if a bunch of folks in hazmat showed up at my house wanting to take me because when they took Uncle Fred we never saw him again.

Eating onions might not work for ebola but onions and garlic have antibacterial qualities so eat up and use them as poultices.

Eating mangoes might not be a good thing because they're a cousin to poison ivy. There's a substance between the skin and the fruit that can cause people to break out just like with poison ivy.

Drinking milk may ease a sore throat but brings on the mucus so that depends on what is causing the soreness. It also is a way to get protein in a liquid form. Bottom line on these home remedies is that there is some truth behind them but not for ebola.

Did I say Reagan? AIDS either was always there, in the jungle, and we never saw it until for some reason the last half of the 20th century, or it was created in a lab for who knows what reason. We have not ever seen anything like it before, once you get it, it never goes away. It usually only spreads through groups of people that are ungodly and live high risk lifestyles(anal sex). It’s nothing like anything we have ever seen before in a virus. It is very unique, no one even knew what it was until queers started dying and by then it was around 10 years since infection, making tracing its origin very difficult. So you tell me, what other virus in the world is like HIV?

Peace loving homosexuals? So only the Reagan part was sarcastic. Who knows who made it. Likely no one will ever know where the first case originated from. When we realized what was happening there were thousands of cases. That means they all had to contract the disease at around the same time....therefore they either all contracted it at around the same time. Or it spread and spread until it seemed like it just appeared. But tell me what other virus in the world targets mostly homosexual men? You can look at the statistics yourself. But gay men that have AIDS in the world are a huge portion of the total cases, heterosexuals not very much, and gay women is I believe less than 1% or could even be less than .1%. I can’t remember. Besides Africans, but they have other infections and diseases that make them more susceptible to an HIV infections(diseases and malnutrition that cause sores and cuts and entry points for AIDS).

You do realize that a government could have found Ebola somewhere....in the world, added some genes to it. Promoted it’s mutation, and then tested it....FIRST outbreak 90% mortality, burnt through the 200 or so cases. This outbreak obviously came from a hospital, as the long post a few up evidences with tons of legit research WITH references. The mortality rate on this outbreak is 60%....now the 30% discrepancy could be from better medicine. But it’s been almost 40 years since the first outbreak, and I wouldn’t step into a hospital in Africa unless I was dying. Which makes it even more concerning, because people KNOW that African hospitals lack medical knowledge and techniques, which almost guarantees at some point that someone like me will catch a fever in Africa, refuse to go to the hospital and fly back to the states. Much like some of the Canadian and US doctors DID. It stands to reason that the African populace is the BEST place in the world to test bio-agents. Because of the fact their medicine compared to western medicine and public knowledge is like comparing the Sun to a nuclear power plant.

If you look at the evidence, it all points to bio-agent testing. If you say it isn’t, you have your head buried in the sand, there is a LONG LONG LONG LONG list of verified and confirmed instances of bio-weapons being tested on civilians. How could you possibly think that we aren’t capable of this? We are, we’ve done it before, and we’ll do it again. It will happen until humanity is destroyed or somehow turns off the urge to commit evil. I’m not saying we engineered it....which may be possible, but labs like the US bioweapons lab down there where this Ebola outbreak is happening operate in other countries because there they can get away with it a LOT easier. Some of the super dark ops stuff that goes on must be really advanced. I’m not naive enough to believe that somewhere out there scientists aren’t trying to clone humans, combine human dna with animals, and do some freaky mad scientist stuff. I am also not naive enough to not believe that somewhere out there are highly advanced labs with technology so advanced you and I would be shocked that it was even possible.

If I were a bio-weapons researcher for military applications I would certainly test in the poorest, dirtiest regions on Earth. Africa would be #1 on my list.
Don’t tell me it’s never happened before, because Americans have DONE IT. So have Germans, Chinese, Japanese, and Russians, off the top of my head. Get your head out of the sand, there are things out there that would make your blood run cold and paralyze you with fear if you even knew a quarter of what governments are doing out there. It’s not a conspiracy theory. It’s happened before, therefore it will happen again, is happening now. The evidence ALL points to it. If Ebola came from a remote location on earth, or was mutated and engineered for years by man. It’s in Africa, and a US bioweapons lab is in the direct center of it all.
