A good leader doesn’t have to have a special interview or event to EXPLAIN their positions. I am not saying they don’t do interviews or constantly explain their positions. I am saying they don’t need phony damage control interviews. People sort of know where they are coming from, e.g. Reagan, Cruz, etc
A person with core values need only demonstrate those values. Once that is established it should be easy to extend those values to predict the position on just about any issue.
