You know it’s my experience that if you tell the truth there’s no need for “prepping” before entering a courtroom

When I was a young investigator, I accompanied a senior investigator on his quest to see a defense attorney to seek the cooperation of the defendant. The smug attorney sat behind his desk and after intros pointed to a huge fish mounted on the wall with a short inscription under it. He said go read it. We did, this is what it said: I would not be here had I not opened my mouth. He then went on to say this is what my clients pay me a retainer for. My client is not going to say a word, he is not cooperating, and he is not going to plead guilty. He will not serve a day.

He was right.

Liberal elites are arrogant jerks.

When the government closed for a few days arrogant impostors were thrilled everyday Americans and their ‘snot nosed’ children wouldn't be walking through their palaces.

Liberal elites are contemptuous of the people. They think they're ‘superior’ based on fawning suck-ups in the press - the only people base enough to confuse ‘shallow fashion’ with ‘class’.

It's gonna take a lot more than a half million to teach these lowlifes how to pretend convincingly. I almost wish them luck... classes will be called, "The Lois Lerner/John Kerry Seminar on Why It's Important to Fake being Authentic "

Actually this is like Tiger Woods hiring a golf coach, he already has the talent and just needs the splinter edge to win. You see with these type of people lying comes naturally, smooth as silk. They just need that splinter edge to get them the winner in the photo finish at the hearings and the press will give them as much extra nose as they can to squeek out a win.

So, what’s really happening is CONGRESS is using taxpayer’s money to give advice to another branch of government on how to answer questions from - - - - -CONGRESS!

Our biggest problem is idiots in Tennessee voting for Alexander, idiots in Mississippi voting for Cochran, idiots in Kansas voting for Roberts and idiots in South Carolina voting for Graham. And I don’t count the blacks in Mississippi. There were enough idiot whites to make a difference.

Yup, I am not sure even the most cynical and pessimistic of could have predicted the State Department needing to hire legal trouble shooters to teach courses in “Mob Law and Scandal Evasion for Diplomats 101” and to coach it’s staff in how to stone wall and hold up to grilling and testimony under oath by investigators from Congressional Oversight Committees and a Special Joint Investigation Committee

Doesn’t lend a lot of confidence in your investigative skills if you needed the perps voluntary statement in order to convict him.

Have him take the 5th a bunch of times in front of a jury...then present your evidence....

I see you are skilled in court room activities. Tell me this, how do you get him to the stand to offer testimony when his counsel says he is not testifying on his own behalf assuming you know you cannot subpeona him to testify for the prosecution.

BTW, I would rank my skills, what they were, against the best, I was so honored.

I wonder if ‘speaking effectively’ includes telling the truth.

I am guessing that what it means is telling as little truth as possible without blatantly committing perjury.
