This is to create the illusion that he is engaged despite being on vacation. All photo ops. No doubt we will hear that our actions have saved the people on the mountain, there is now an international coalition, and it is no longer necessary to stage a rescue mission. Still, Obama will say that we must continue to attack ISIL because they are barbarians. But he will reiterate that there will be no troops on the grounds.
