this is exactly why we all need to wait for the whole story to come out.
In the beginning, we were spoon fed a story of apparent racism, that an innocent black young man ended up getting shot for no reason. And that the only reason he was shot was because a racist cop has nothing better to do than gun down innocent people.
I knew the real story was more complex than the version of the story peddled by the media.

OK, I just looked at the robbery pictures again, along with another photo of Brown, the exact same hat and clothes. It IS the same person!
Is it Brown? Was he wearing the same clothes, shorts, and it looks like sandals? It would explain why the cop was hostile and aggressive... but it better not be a case of mistaken identity.
Insanity! So all of the fuss and destruction was about this “kid” not being allowed to get away with a robbery? And when the cop dared to tell them to get off the street, this was a “dis” right?

The looters, agitators and agents provocateur need to keep the agitation going. Truth and/or facts do not matter. All that matters is that THEY get to line their pockets with cash and loot, and to do that they need to keep the narrative going: “Unarmed, innocent black child gunned down by Nazi police!”
I doubt a single one of them gives a damn about Michael Brown.

I see a big, black guy. Other than that, it’s impossible to make out who it is. There are lots of big, black guys.
And there’s been too much water under the bridge for me to automatically believe what cops say.
