The purpose of the FEDS doing a third autopsy is to get the body and keep it from the experts who COULD conduct a toxicology test.
The FEDS will claim they did one, and it showed nothing, even though they will only be keeping the body on ice and not conducting any tests whatsoever. When the Funeral is scheduled, they will return it.

1 - There is no peace right now so what are they “keeping” exactly?
2 - What happens when the autopsy results do not match the narrative of the rioters (which the regime backs?
