A woman who says she witnessed the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown has released video to CNN that shows Brown lying in the street as officers stand by.
The shooting has spawned a week of protests in which demonstrators have demanded an explanation for Brown's killing. Police in Ferguson, Mo., say officer Darren Wilson opened fire because Brown tried to take his gun during an altercation.
Piaget Crenshaw said she has waited until now to release the video because she feared for her safety and was waiting for police to release Wilson's name, which they did Friday. She also said police could have released her video Friday — when they also released surveillance footage that they said showed Brown stealing cigarillos from a convenience store before the shooting. She said police had her video because they confiscated her phone.

Two eye witnesses saying essentially the same thing. Cop shooting in pursuit, nails him as soon as he stops and turns.
This is NOT legal testimony under threat or perjury, but it doesn't look good for the cop.

All of the shots that hit him were from the the front. Her video was of his carcass. Proves nothing except that she is possibly a liar and perhaps a future perjurer, if she testifies in court.
That witness was with Brown at the robbery and the one that received the Cigars
Crenshaw said it took her about 30 seconds to run and get her phone, which she used to film Wilson standing over Brown's body.
this could all be avoided if we didn’t have an epidemic of young black men running from the cops, whether on foot or by car.
Assuming this ‘witness’ is telling the truth, someone here said earlier that if you commit a violent crime, attack an officer and then flee the police can shoot at you. Can anyone verify?

The reason I ask is that because the only video at that link is of Johnson getting interviewed.
This woman’s video only shows the scene AFTER it was all over. She ‘says’ “Cop shooting in pursuit, nails him as soon as he stops and turns.”, just like Johnson did(lied).
There is no video of that happening, is there?
Isn’t this the video of what happened AFTER it was all over?
What I got from it.
She witnessed Wilson tussling with Brown to get him into car.
She leaves room to go get her phone
Comes back and videos Wilson pacing back and forth over body.
So she filled in the 30 seconds she was gone with NOT eye-witness info.
Please correct me if wrong.
The Witness is Brown’s partner in crime
After all this is over, the result will be that cops will be much more careful ..... when the perp is a member of America’s #1 minority. So there will be more and more crime by America’s #1 minority.
