A nonpartisan government watchdog agency said Thursday that the Pentagon broke the law when it swapped five Taliban leaders for Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl earlier this year.

The Government Accountability Office, in a legal opinion issued at the request of congressional lawmakers, said the Defense Department violated the law by failing to notify key Capitol Hill committees at least 30 days in advance.

Further, the report said the Pentagon broke another law by using funds that were not technically available.

Obama, one of the few people who can break the law a dozen times before breakfast and just laugh it off.

No one is going to hold him accountable.

And that matters to whom, exactly?

Who has "standing" to take "Pentagon" to court?

Great! Now we have military leaders in the Pentagon giving aid and comfort to the enemy. And Hasan is still stealing oxygen, even after being convicted last year. Are there any patriotic generals or admirals or JAG officers left in the military or are they laying low while the Traitor-in-Chief soils some golf course.

I miss the rule of law. I pray that on January 20, 2017, we will restore FedGov’s legitimacy.

if Rick Perry gets perp walked, finger printed, and mugshots taken on a charge of budgetary discretion to pressure an embarrassing DA...

WHY isn’t ANYONE being charged with the multitude of crimes coming out of the white hut?

it’s tough to claim we’re a nation of laws if people are above the law
