It could very well be, unless the ISIS terrorists stole them already just like they ransacked the central bank of Iraq in Mosul and other institutions and took a large amount of gold bouillon and an estimated $430 million

In case you missed it President Bush went in front of of Congress to make his case, unlike that arrogant pos occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave who just went ahead to bomb Libya and or Egypt. President Bush also went in front of the UN to make his case

Do a search when the last time Congress declared war. At least President Bush went in front of Congress. That arrogant pos did and does not. Obviously he thinks Congress needs to go in front of him and beg him to bring the case to him

He obviously really thinks he's emperor

The Iraqi army and the shia militia (......remember them?) will fight ISIL to defend the boundary line they desire. that line includes the Mosul dam, the air port and the dam just north of Baghdad. I don’t know about other places.

They can win these limited objectives especially with a few well placed bombs and Hellfires to help out. I do not believe the have the stomach to retake the Sunni lands north of Baghdad and south of the Kurds.

I see no reason to interject American troops as before. There is no reason nor desire to reestablish the status quo ante. however a partitioning along lines that are not yet firmed up is in my view a certainty.
