I hope Dinesh D’Souza’s attorneys are fighting to overturn his conviction.

What the He*L is a ‘”community confinement center?”

seems there are many ‘kinds’ -

1. “Community confinement” means residence in a community treatment center, halfway house, restitution center, mental health facility, alcohol or drug rehabilitation center, or other community facility; and participation in gainful employment, employment search efforts, community service, vocational training, treatment, educational programs, or similar facility-approved programs during non-residential hours.

Maybe his lawyer can have it designated to ‘home confinement’ - you know, like they did that other ‘dangerous criminal’ Martha Stewart/

How long before they have designated prisons for the”politically un-correct”?

“For the first eight months of his probation term, D’Souza will have to live in a “community confinement center” in San Diego, ordered Judge Richard Berman, who also fined D’Souza $30,000 and directed him to undergo “therapeutic counseling.” D’Souza will also have to perform one day per week of community service during his probation term.”

And Lois Lerner? Most likely not even a conviction.

still got a felony out of the deal, he is done. One of the dumber plea deals that I have seen, if he had been convicted there would have been a good chance of getting the same thing.

It’s nice that he’s not in jail, but he should appeal it anyway.

D'Sousa gets hammered while the VA officials who manipulated patient waiting lists to fraudulently get bonuses and thus caused the death of several veterans are enjoying their fat VA pensions. Lois Lerner and other IRS officials involved in clear obstruction of justice are unpunished while Scooter Libby served jail time for the same thing. No hypocrisy here.

Sounds like he is to be confined in some sort of residential facility, subject to thought reprogramming and must not do anything that the Regime opposes for five years.

Racist judge. If it was a white liberal Demon Rat, there’d be no sentence. Or conviction.

So a “community confinement center” is what they call the Gulag now .... and who knows if they plan to hire one of the scum in there to try to kill him because he criticized The One.
Well, we knew we had our own scrawny little muslim Hitler, didn’t we?

Dinesh D’Souza RESPONDS to his sentencing and he’s very happy about it

http://therightscoop.com/dinesh-dsouza-responds-to-his-sentencing-and-hes-very-happy-about-it/

Dinesh D’Souza is happy tonight with the sentence he got and feels like he’s won a victory over those who were trying to put him in jail and put him out of business:

I think I'll try to learn the address of this facility to go visit him.

Now, why isn’t Lois Lerner in jail?

Thank you, LORD!

On the other hand, Holder, Inc probably didn't want a man of D'Souza's intelligence and communications skills to observe what is going on in the prisons, especially the aggressive muslim prosetylzation gangs.

If he is smart - with his money - hire good lawyers and appeal and appeal and appeal ... It has been said that Justice delayed is Justice Denied ... I say in modern America Justice Delayed is JUSTICE.
