You’d think the government would already have rules requiring them to save their essence for the citizenry.
Mid 90s i was called into the office and asked about a number of porn sites found on my computer. I had never heard of them and mentioned we were not allowed to password protect. Turns workers teen son would use my computer in the evening when his mom was working.
The bureaucracy is the most dangerous aspect of government. Millions of bureaucrats doing whatever they want with little recourse to accountability. No one objected to Lois Lerner when she knew she had tacit approval from the regime. Bureaucrats should have term limits of 10 years service.

When I worked for the military several years ago, we'd get a full green screen that screamed
ACCESS DENIED!
If one of my people tried to get to an unauthorized site, the IT guys knew exactly which employee's common access card (CAC) was in the computer at the time. I almost had a guy fired, but he resigned instead.
I predict a bunch of people who are posting here on their bosses’ time will complain about this.

You beat me to it, I was thinking the same thing. Guess there are no “firewalls” in the government computer systems.
My memory is not very clear, but I seem to remember that during the financial meltdown government financial inspectors were found to be spending most of their time surfing porn.
The proposed solution?
Hire more inspectors!
At least they should have the decency like the guy up the street from me to wangle their way into SSI so they can watch porn all day.
Worked for a private company in Manassas and could not pull up local events on the internet. Apparently the combination of man and ass set off the censors. Why are porn sites, known for their spread of viruses, not blocked on government computers where there is no job related reason to view such a site?
I knew someone who was working with a headhunter to fill one of his jobs. They kept emailing him the resume, and he kept saying he never got it. Tried this 7 or 8 times.
Finally they figured out that the resume said the candidate had graduated “Magna Cum Laude”. And the porn filters kept blocking it out!

Odds are good that it’s homosexual porn, so it’s likely legal and may even be a “right” covered within the Obama constitution.

There is a family here who moved two years ago from NY.
He doesn’t work, plays the race card to neighbors and always calling the cops, joins a small church and tells them he is disabled , then takes all their handouts, but then has told other neighbors he wants cash work because he doesn’t want his benefits to go away .
Daughter on the school bus aged 13 is on about having sex all the time up her butt and can hardly walk, she shaves down here for the next guys etc etc.
Windows , blinds are dirty or falling apart on their rental house which was a nice decent house but now gone to crap with them.
He walks about in his y front underpants sometimes outside and the worst of it is that it’s the first house as you come into the neighborhood.
There is more but I am sure you get the picture.
How people can live like that, and lie and steal is beyond me. There is no pride for some people I guess
