Forced to captulate if he wants to keep his job by the coward politician who also wants to get re elected. Apologize for what? Let them all sit in the stew they have created, all police should sit back, get paid and watch the show. The thug lifestyle they encourage, protect and enjoy will destroy thier community and them eventually
