Indeed she is. When she says “I really need to come in”, her tone implied that it was an order not be refused. The home owner was far too polite. The only thing people like Lerner understand is a good old fashioned “get the F off of my property now.You are trespassing and my security cam is recording this”. Vermin like her are not fond of cameras.
