Since I was a child, even to this day, I’ve always wondered why society chose to deem certain words as ‘bad’. Isn’t that just stupid?

Particular how people look to be offended by them... Religious people tend to freak out when someone says a word that rhymes with ‘Duck’(among other “cuss words”), for example. Black people have their words, which they’d rather not hear people of other races say(yet they use them all the time themselves). Same goes with Gays, Lesbians, and virtually every other group.

I don’t care what anyone says about anything. Language literally doesn’t bother me. If a camera crew followed me or my wife around for a day, it would be a rated R movie for language. (maybe even rated X LOL).

I feel so good not walking around with those burdens. It must REALLY suck to be all of those people that allow WORDS to bother them.

lol I caught myself doing something similar the other day.

One of my boys got in trouble for using “bad language” at school. I then said to him without thinking about it: “Don’t use f#*cking bad language at school, because you’ll get in trouble!”, then I realized what I’d just said. LOL

Yes.

It’s not a Senate race, but I hope that James has made a return trip to Wisconsin. The incompetent Mary Burke is easy pickings, but the race between her and Gov. Walker is wayyyy too close for my comfort.

Thanks for the chuckle — I find it amusing that there are people on this site embracing the Republican party as our only hope! when it's been made quite clear that they have no intention of reigning in the rampant statism and corruption.

Yes. I’m a bit nervous about Walker as well.

I’d rather not have “my side” drop to DU levels.

Which is why I would never cast a vote for a RINO

>>>You are the one who idiotically, and falsely, implicitly asserts that only Democrat and Republican exist<<<

No, it’s not that anyone thinks “that only Democrat or Republican exist”. It’s the simple FACT that only a Democrat or Republican will WIN. Don’t Vote for the Republican and you support the Democrat, like it or not.

And no, I don’t need to hear the blathering about not Voting or Voting Third Party doesn’t make an difference in the outcome of the Election. One less Vote for the Republican means one more Vote counts for the Democrat.

BTW - I know I’m wasting my time even Posting on this Thread. If Grimes wins I can hardly wait for the FR Congratulatory Thread. Harry Reid will be as pleased as some FR Posters of it occurs, of that I am certain.

That’s a fine sentiment. I support that. But context matters.

This is news worthy as it portrays the opposition in an accurate light.

I always argued when flag burning amendments were offered up as “red meat” to conservatives that you wanted people who were likely to burn The Flag to burn The Flag. That way you know who and what you are up against. The same goes in this case.

Irrelevant.

Don’t Vote for the Republican and you support the Democrat, like it or not.

Your logic is flawed; don't vote for the Democrat and you support the Democrat, like it or not is equally valid in your incorrect false dilemma world.

And no, I don’t need to hear the blathering about not Voting or Voting Third Party doesn’t make an difference in the outcome of the Election. One less Vote for the Republican means one more Vote counts for the Democrat.

No, a vote for someone is a vote for that person. — I owe my vote to neither the Republican party nor the Democrat party.

BTW - I know I’m wasting my time even Posting on this Thread. If Grimes wins I can hardly wait for the FR Congratulatory Thread. Harry Reid will be as pleased as some FR Posters of it occurs, of that I am certain.

What is up with your Harry Reid infatuation?
My decision to vote for the candidate I find best, regardless of their party, is not supporting the Democrats… and even if it was, at least the Democrat party tries to get done what it says it wants done which is far, far, far more than the Republican party has done. (Did they even try to balance the budget when they had the presidency and the congress? Nope. Did they secure the borders even as they rallied for the War on Terror? Nope. Did they even have enough integrity to stand against the NSA's blatantly contraconstitutional SOP? Nope.)

If the Republican party refuses to stand for anything then its existence is useless. Period.

At this point people like Cruz are the RINOs… it's the actual Republican party that's useless, and if Cruz was following the party he'd be crapping all over us as he stumbles about trying to get amnesty and hold on to the Republican brand/image. (But that's not the case; Cruz is clearly outside the majority.)

Both groups at the same time. That should give you an example of how flexible she is
