Sarah is no RINO. because even a RINO would not endorse a liberal.

I’m not at all familiar with Alaska politics but I know Sarah has a long history of fighting Republican ‘good ol boys’ - the GOP-e of that state. If she’s against them, there’s probably a good reason!

I don’t know enough about Alaska politics to understand her endorsement. But I am not through with Sarah due to an endorsement.

She’s made lots of endorsements of candidates. I can’t say that I always know who they are in different states.

I guess I don’t understand breaking up politically with Sarah due to one endorsement.

Other politicians I have supported have sometimes done things which I didn’t agree with, but I still supported them. It takes a big event to be a game changer, in my opinion. So would love to learn more, as to why she did this, and who are these people on the Alaska unity ticket.

Sarah knows where the bodies are buried. Probably has a good reason.

Decision?

Perhaps Sarah has got spotlight disorder.Once famous it can be difficult to go back to being just an ordinary citizen.Or maybe her former lt. governor sabotaged things we don’t know about.
Either way there are times it is just better to just shut up and not recommend what other people do or vote.

She endorsed Republican liberals and people didn’t do anything but praise her. Now the cheshire comes screaming out when one of the Blessed RINOs is threatened.

Oh the hypocracy.

Here’s the report on what’s going down.

“Under the Alaska Constitution, mineral resources are owned collectively by state residents, and under the new law, he said, they could be sold in some circumstances to oil companies for almost no revenue in return.”

So Parnell is unravelling her signature achievement for Alaska. Why would she be satisfied with and supportive of that? Crony capitalism? You betcha.

So what is wrong with her endorsement, that she bucked the party line?

Did Jake at Redstate make any attempt to contact Palin, & ask her why she did this?

We are 2 weeks out from the elections and Sarah has lost her position as “King Maker”
The longer she stay out of the arena, the more influence she will lose.

Yup. They praised her for endorsing Romney, the arch liberal. I guess that R does really trump everything.

If the choice is between standing with Palin or standing with the “GOP,” I’ll stick with Palin. She has a history of fighting corruption, regardless of party.

Frankly I wish Palin would bolt the GOP entirely and help initiate a new party. I’d go with it at the drop of a hat, and never give the Republicans my vote again. The GOP keeps caving on every single issue that ever caused me to support them in the first place.

I don’t always agree with her but I have a strong enough character that I don’t need to attack her over such minor disagreements.

I am through with the Democrats because I am not a baby killer and war criminal like John Hanoi Kerry claims. I am through with the Republicans because of Chris Christye sticking his big fat nose in Colorado's primary with a lying add about Tom Tancredo and knocking him out of the race. Was it the republican governors that knocked Tancredo out? The republicans made a mess out of the last Colorado Governors race also. I will vote for Sarah Palin even if she is not running next time.
