Unfortunately, it just isn’t that simple. My fear is that the RINOs in the Senate are going to bend over backwards to “compromise” with Obama and get some of those grand fabian socialist ideas into law just so the Pubes can show they are working to get “things” done.
Cue the ‘that’s racist’ GIFS.
We’ll see. If Ted wants to run for President, you might see his tone become a little less confrontational as promises of support for him should he run are dangled in front of him if he cooperates with the RINOS.
Or, alternatively, Obama may simply shift into overdrive with all these ‘executive actions.’
Let’s see what our new congress is willing to do/able to do to put a stop to it.
There may be hope for the Republican party yet, if Cruz and his like take the leadership. God bless Senator Ted Cruz.

Do you think it's possible that the Republican party in all its primary apparatus could, in less than two years, accommodate the will of voters to nominate Ted Cruz in 2016? Is it a pipe dream, or is it realistic? Because if it is -- Cruz looks very good.

Yes, we need to guard against that. I heard an interview with West Virginia Senator-elect Shelley Moore Capito and she used some “work across the aisle” and “get things done” language so she’ll bear watching. But we have other Senators (e.g., Cruz, Lee, newly elected Ben Sasse) who will help keep those folks from getting carried away. But it will fall upon the increasingly conservative House Republican caucus to keep the RINO operatives from being effective.
We need savvy folks such as Ted Cruz to prevail.
