But he admitted that on national tv, said they held votes back. Shouldn’t that have some kind of consequence?

the reason for anyone to be on anyone’s air anywhere is likely to be carefully calculated into a crafted package.

Beckel just happens to fit the desired profile for a D on Foxs’ air right now.

There are more appealing/effective D spokespersons which I’m glad aren’t on the Fox air.

They’re going to find votes for Warner.

What was the outcome of the Connolly-Scholte race? I was in YAF with Suzanne Scholte “a few” years ago, and I think she’d be a terrific Member of Congress.

They do the same thing in Montgomery County, Maryland.

It didn’t help Anthony Brown, but I wonder if it helped John Delaney.

Consequences? For a liberal admitting something?

Look how little happened to Melowese that admitted to a felony! You know that animal voted in this last election though being a felon should have banned her...................

Everyone in the FBI dating back to Clinton needs to be fired.
Start with national security first though, clean up the Pentagon.

Of course they're a political branch of the Government. imo

Last night I was watching the returns come in on a few sites. One of the sites I went to was CNN.

If you were to drag your cursor over a county, it would show the returns that had come in. If you put your cursor over a red county (republican), it was almost certain to show 100% of the results. If you dragged it over a blue county (especially with those with a larger population), it would show a percentage well below 100%. Does it take democrats longer to count?

http://www.cnn.com/election/2014/results/state/VA#senate

And this wasn’t just in Virginia. The same exact things were going on in Florida and North Carolina.

Holding back (no quotes) votes is not the same as creating enough votes to win.

You could probably get away with holding back votes if you have more real ones than you need. That would be like sandbagging in a poker game.

But I don’t think that’s what Beckel was talking about. “Holding back” may be a euphemism for manufacturing enough to win.

You heard that too.

He said flat out, we always held the votes back in counties until the end. We made an art of it. He was proud of it.

The others said, so you are the person with the boxes. He laughed.

Years ago, I spoke to people in FL. They said they hold the votes back until the end, then they know exactly how many they need, and bring in exactly how many they need to overcome the Republican lead. They pull them out of minority and Democrat strongholds, which they can do because those areas are so 100% Democrat and have a culture of “not informing” (even the most Republican areas are more mixed) that they can get by with anything.

When the GOP does this (like the county clerk of Waukesha County, Wisconsin did in the state Supreme Court election a few years ago—she waited for Milwaukee County to 100% report before she released her county’s tally), the ‘Rats squeal like stuck rodents.

Actually, the tallies were reported, on time, to the state. What happened was he totals were Not reported at the same time to the AP.

The red counties should start telling the blue counties that they’re not ready to report until they are. Then the blue counties would be confused on how many more votes they need to create.

Beckel the Bovine Bloviator should go over to MSNBC — he would fit right in with all of the rest of the commie refuse.

Yup....

What I don’t get is with these electronic voting machines, when the polls close and the voting over; all precincts should report IMMEDIATELY, because it’s ELECTRONIC.

Unless I’m ignorant of some things, there is NO REASON for precincts to wait until late into the night before reporting their results, I don’t care how big it is. It’s electronic. It’s not as if there’s a bunch of poll workers sitting there counting or tabulating votes anymore. It just doesn’t pass the ‘smell test’. I’ll tell you what it smells like. It smells like FRAUD!

The entire region of Southern, Western, and Southwest VA should not report results until AFTER Fairfax/Prince William Counties and Arlington report theirs!
