Out in the jungle there was only one radio channel. All the tanks and PCs played it.

Good Morning, Vietnam!

ROCKUMENTARY: NOVEMBER 8, 1974

My meteoric rise in radio was followed by an equally meteoric fall, and it was time for me to earn an honest living. Seattle was going through a major depression, thanks to the Boeing crisis, so I headed to Southern California where I had relatives in the entertainment industry. I found an entry-level gig with an oil company as a computer programmer and began to enjoy L.A. for the last decade of its Golden Age.

So what were you up to?

Cue the Rockumentary theme!

San Remo Golden Strings: “Festival Time”

This band was Motown’s Funk Brothers backed with pickup musicians from the Detroit Symphony.

#10 – Gordon Lightfoot: “Carefree Highway”

He had been recording since 1964, but his breakthrough came when he left United Artists for Warner/Reprise in 1971. From that point on, he was a hit maker.

Conor -
Yes, we ARE still tracking on getting together with our respective (and deeply loved) brides.

Atlanta next weekend for an Irish dance competition and a christening, but almost anytime after that. Heck, come for Thanksgiving if you’re not tied up

Just damn, I like my Bushmaster AR-15, I'll even use stock sights, left-handed with a beer in one hand :-)

As of today, Lynn-Dah is OFF the roids.

Hopefully my books, magazines, photo albums, and toilet paper are now safe from her predations!

Her shin and coat look great though. All Healed! :-)

Oh heck YES...We need a FReeper challenge for our favorite “pellet” shooters...[I am only allowed to shoot with air, springs, or other gasses, NO thanks to the fed gov.’t!](long painful story) this is why I want a range I can use my favorite air rifle on.
