How about this “10-part plan” ?:
1. Enforce the immigration laws.
2. Enforce the immigration laws.
3. Enforce the immigration laws.
4. Enforce the immigration laws.
5. Enforce the immigration laws.
6. Enforce the immigration laws.
7. Enforce the immigration laws.
8. Enforce the immigration laws.
9. Enforce the immigration laws.
10. Enforce the immigration laws.
If Obama does that, then Congress will be deadlocked. Nothing will be accomplished for two more years as the nation waits to be rid of this POS. Obama will get worse and worse , trying to provoke the People to engage in violence so he can declare martial law pursuant to the insurrection act, and seize dictatorial power.
