They haven’t taken guns away or religion nor have they established a Euro Socialist state. They have tried very hard to do so but they have failed.

The US Constitution has gotten in their way.

IF, if they could organize an Article V process for amending the US Constitution, they would. But as other posters have indicated in this thread, they can’t organize an Article V effort because they don’t have support of the People.

The thing that really frustrates them about an Article V process is that it is done at the STATE level, rather than the urban level. That means Wyoming is as powerful as New York, Utah is as powerful as California.

In conservative states the Left is not popular and not successful. They are trying to turn Colorado blue and they dream of turning Texas blue with amnesty for illegals, but their efforts are in shambles. They can’t win at the state level enough and that is where changes to the US Constitution come from because that’s where ratification takes place.

An Article V process is the Left’s worst nightmare.
