Every time he’s asked about it, he flatly says no. So does his wife.

Why is it even an issue?

Romney refused to campaign for 47% of the population. In this last election, in OH, every one of those cities he ignored voted for the Republican gubnatorial candidate!

Why would anyone choose someone again who refused even try to win?

To say the same thing another way: Has Grubergate handed the nomination to Jeb Bush?

“It’s terrifying that the guy in his mom’s basement is finding his stuff, and nobody else is.”

No, it is heartening that the old media cannot keep it covered up.

I see no particular change of whatever connection existed pre-Gruber.

HOWEVER, I believe the foundation may well have been made to start to attack all these “I’m offended by ________” horsepoop.

Because whatever offense the name “Redskins” my inflict upon Native Americans, 0bamacare has surpassed that by calling ALL Americans “stupid”. No subtlety, no “out of context”, no “off the cuff” about it, the remark was made explicitly and on multiple occasions.

I’m offended.

"Gruber hung the albatross of Romneycare being the father of Obamacare around Romney’s neck for good."

Gruber was typically lying when he said that. Romneycare was something like ten pages, Obamacare is something like a thousand (I don't recall the exact numbers, but there is a HUGE difference in complexity). Therefore, they CANNOT be the same, or even similar. Baseball and basketball both use round balls, but that does not mean they are the same.

One can hope that Mitt doesn’t roll over and decide maybe he sorta wants to be President.

I live in MA and was pretty positive on Romney as governor. However, when he got behind Romney-care, I felt differently. I thought he did it so he could run for office, saying “Look, I solved the healthcare problem in Massachusetts” before the bills came due and anyone could complain about it. It seemed to me he left the MA taxpayers holding the bag.

Now comes Gruber, who says, Romneycare was made to seem more reasonable because $400 million of it was sloughed off on the Federal Government. He called it a slush fund which GWB agreed to after its purpose was explained. All heart, not too much head, that GWB.

No, Mitt in sticking it to the Feds, by way of Teddy, will be a folk hero.

Come on, there’s a limit to how much you can milk out of serving just one term as governor years ago.

Rich Weinstein . . . (caught) Jonathan Gruber.

Free Republic's Buckhead caught Dan Rather.

It's quite reassuring to see that one dedicated person can make a difference. We all need to remember how much one person can do when we are facing the next phase of evil from America's enemies on the far left.

mitt’s time was 2014.

A ham sandwich could have been elected over Obama in 2014 but Romney out Doled Dole and hired Mc Cain campaign crypto Democrat operative losers to run an even worse campaign for him than they did than McCain did .

Romney needs to spend more time with his family and retire from politics

Romneycare is government healthcare.

Obamacare is that and more—control of healthcare, insurance and taxes, so that is why it is 100 times as many pages as Romneycare.

However, they are both government run healthcare, and both wrong.

Romney should never be considered for 2016.

"Man, that is one huge ugly beast. Nice rhino, though. "

Cosby had a bit about owning a pet rhino. While walking it late at night a drunk staggers up and asks "Nice doggie....does he bite?"

Cos answers "No, but he'll ram the hell out of you."

It won’t be the media that asks Romney the obvious questions about Romney Care.

Yes it will be the media. They will do it to poison him with normal conservative Republicans so he wastes his money on the primary fight.
