Our probes orbiting Saturn and Jupiter have found oceans of hydrocarbons on the moons of these planets. How many ‘fossils’ did these places have? We have only drilled down a small portion of the Earth. There is more and more oil and gas ‘found’ every day all around the Earth. It is natural, a part of the Earth.
Great analogy. I bought a trash 80 back then and I bought solar panels over the last 10 years. I have not taken a dime in tax rebates, nor do I feed any of my unreliable energy to the grid for more than it is worth. I simply like to experiment and learn.
Yeah, we have been screwed in the short term by the waste and fraud of Obama’s Green Economy, but we are going to be really screwed 20-30 years down the road when all the small, innovative young energy companies Obama drove into bankruptcy with his ill advised green energy scam will not be around to grow and develop technologically over time to provide the Alternative Energy equivalents to the Apple iPad and iPhone, Google Web Browser, Digital / Wireless Communications, Digital GPS, Digital music, photography and video industries that all were nurtured and spawned by the original IBM PC and Apple Macintosh.
In fact, today we are not even able to get the Alternative Energy analog to the Radio Shack TRS -80 because the Obama engineered implosion of the alternative energy industry has driven even the old line, established alternative energy suppliers of obsolete and last generation technology products into bankruptcy along with all the rest..
