We’ve seen flights diverted because of suspected terrorists on board. Then it was the fear of passengers carrying the Ebola virus. ABC News, though, has the story of a woman who was removed from a flight after it was discovered her duffel bag was actually an “emotional support pig” on a leash.
The US Airways flight from Connecticut kicked the woman and her pig off the plane before taking off Wednesday.
Let the “emotional support pig” puns commence.....

Aid dogs for the blind and deaf are absolutely fine.In fact,they're great.Dogs to help people with other conditions may be OK as well.But "emotional support" animals????

I take it the pig did NOT board an Emirates airliner. Just got off an Emirates flight a couple of weeks ago.Very good airline...even in coach.But their menus clearly state that all their meals are "halal".
Also,keep in mind that to moslems *dogs* are "unclean" as well.I wonder what would happen if a blind passenger tried to board with a seeing eye dog.

Perfectly legal. Both the support pig and the airline removing it BEFORE flight. After the flight started, not so much on the removing.
