If one did not resist arrest...force would not have to be applied...Sharpton and Jessie look at the result...not the cause...but to do so would admit that the suspect was at fault, not the officer....and no race baiter wants that...

There is no way feasible you can justify the actions of the cop. This man did not reresist was not violent in any fashion. This was homicide plain and simple. I think we are just being Alinsky-ed. Obama right on down to the com-organizer on the street are trying to paint the perception that a very small minority (a minority of a minority) as the entire minority and more.
The reality is that there are many in this minority, blacks in this case, who do not want anything to do with a race war. It's smoke and mirrors. IMO, FWIW.
