They’ll make every effort to use DC subterfuge to hoodwink conservatives and some other Republicans into thinking they are actually trying to repeal Obamacare.
Just as they’ll use every ruse and subterfuge to pretend they are actually fighting Obama’s illegal executive action to grant legal status to illegal aliens.

"We'll make every effort" is nothing but GOP-E speak. They'll have a couple of fake votes ("oooh, it was so close!), toss out some anti-Ocare rhetoric, and maybe even stay in session til midnight a few times for good measure. But with great sadness and a hearty pep talk to "the base" to keep those donations rolling in, we'll stop these varmints yet.... Ocare will remain.
