Hmmm - and what do these "attorneys" claim constitutes that such punishment is legal? He wasn't formally charged, much less convicted of any wrongdoing...

Perhaps these Black "jurists" should have their own licenses revoked - they obviously have no concept of the legal system's "quirks".
