We are going to attempt to share the discoveries and keep the text digestible, but the depth here is really consuming. So we’ll start with a troubling outline of the investigation and then share more alarming evidence of big trouble in a small town.

Here’s a video of District Attorney John Champion and Panola County Sheriff Dennis Darby, giving a press conference on Thursday. If you pay close attention you can hear cause for initial concern. What we outline after is jaw dropping:

First concern – given the current framework and national sentiment around racial crime, you can quickly identify why DA John Champion would be the absolute worst possible person to seek Justice for Jessica Chambers. Once you know about his own racial issues, given his racial controversies in the Johnny Lee Butts case, well, you can see how he would be easily leveraged/pressured by the professional grievance industry.

To say the last 24 hours of research has uncovered significant information would be the understatement of the year.

Second, recently gang crime has exploded within the towns of Batesville and Courtland. Apparently the gang culture from Memphis has spread to Panola County Mississippi, and metastasized into a local gang violence dominated by a group called “The Black Squad”.

Title was truncated. Here’s the actual title: “Mississippi Burning – Day #6 – The Murder of Jessica Lane Chambers Exposes Massive Problems In Panola County Mississippi…”

Batesville is the home of South Panola High School, which is a football pipeline to Ole Miss. What does Ole Miss have to do with the gang violence and possible Middle East Terrorism?

Amazing “citizen journalism.” It sure looks like the 19 year old Muslim “owner” of the gas station/convenience store/illegal drug mart is well connected, and is running the place for older felon gangsters. This might even be a drug emporium that is protected by local corrupt police. The more you study this case, the uglier it gets.

What a sign of the times that these gangsters are not rubbed out by pissed off relatives of the girl who was burned alive.

Basically, it you wrote the script to this....small town just beyond Memphis influence...got infiltrated by Memphis gangs and some bogus 18-year-old kid who now owns a gas station and poses like he’s an insider to the gas-station guests. Young gal from the area gets heavily involved in various comings and goings with the gas station customers (drug crowd) and spends two or three years within their group of thugs. She says the wrong thing to one of them, and it triggers ‘payback’. Andy and Barney? The local cops are situated to handle 1970s type crime and problems. They can’t handle this, and there’s suggestion that they might be insiders to the drug cartel.

If it sounds like some Latin American country script for a movie....it’s precisely how you should have seen things in the 1980s and how life would be relate to thugocracy. We have arrived. The authorities are powerless....the cops are either part of the problem or too weak to figure out the mess, and the public can’t overcome reality.

A fair summation.

I’m reminded of the beginning of Mad Max. Cops getting killed trying to do their job against bold criminals and the criminals having every resource to stay out of jail.

You just cash the check and go home. Till there is no home.

And add to that the fact that government law enforcement at the federal level is run by those whose only concern is “racial injustice” if not supporting the thugocracy.

And in how many other places in the country is this going on? Incredible...good thing we are winning the war on drugs. /s

Old Miss students use drugs...Panola County is simply a pipeline itself.

Imagine yourself a punk eighteen-year old kid, who has amassed some fast cash as a dealer somewhere. You know the customer base, and want a simple way to sell drugs. So you pick an old concrete building on a simple two-lane road in a wooded region where customers (your drug base) can drive right up...pump $10 of gas and meet your friendly customer service guy/gal, then drive back to your Old Miss university dorm. Tell dad you need another $500, and he sends the cash to your ATM tonight.

Local cops might figure out some part of this, but your dedication is tempted by the fact that you take home less than $18,000 a year as a local city cop and rely heavily upon some stupid speeding ticket gimmick to pump your salary up each month. Some customer service guy offers a slanted deal that you just stay friendly with his ‘service’ and you get another cash payment of a thousand a month to stay friendly.

Gangs don’t exist...without cash flow. Think about it...name a single gang in the US who survives just on plain regular lifestyles. And I should note....no one today makes any real profit off marijuana sales.

In all honesty her relatives might be low rung trash themselves. But yeah I get the sentiment, but if I’m right then their support system (tribe) is probably within the same social circles as the dirtbags at the gas station. And if they are not in that social circle and they are salt of the Earth good American types then they are stuck listening to wealthy conservative hucksters telling them they are “rugged individualists” and if they are angry at current conditions to go to a Tea Party rally prayer group and then vote GOP. I would prefer a tribe with men with men who could kill over the usual rich conservative nice lady political groupings these days, but we are not there yet.

It’s not just there. Remember the case in FL a few months ago when a white kid attending an “alternative school” was approached by a couple of blacks who offered to sell him marijuana, he refused to buy it, reported the attempted sale to the school authorities, and they “investigated” his charges in a way that revealed his identity to the perps. Then the perps caught him on the bus home that day and administered a Sopranos’ style beatdown. They just received very easy probation with no jail time. In that case it looked like the school authorities and prosecutors were in cahoots with the drug sellers.

After reviewing the piece, the young lady in question appears to be firmly entrenched in the gangsta lifestyle of these miscreants. Guess willie nelson needs to update a particular tune. “Mommas don’t let your babies grow up to be gangstas.”

I would offer that the gang culture in Mississippi is and has been very powerful. Almost every community is affected. And some have been since the late 80s. Add to that a state corrections system that has been corrupt, and is now being exposed (Commisioner Chris Epps charged with 50 + federal counts)And people who talk...? This story is a sad one, when I think of the father of this girl, who lost a son in a wreck last year or so,I get pretty emotional. If this isn’t a time to put the damn remote down,(Saturday TV collge football takeover means BIG MONEY) and start looking around your little communuity, I dont know what it will take for some. From the top down, this nation is going under. So get a idea of who will be taking over when the power goes out and it’s dark. Get a idea on how to protect you and yours. And pray it doesn’t come to that. For many, it already has.

From the comments at the linked thread . . .obituary for Ben Allen Chambers, Jr. (August 9, 1983 - May 7, 2012)
"Ben Allen Chambers, Jr. age 28, died Monday afternoon, 5/7/12, from a auto accident on Hwy 35 in Panola County, MS.

Funeral home guestbook is signed by his surviving sister, Jessica:

"This seems unreal! I love u big bro, I miss you sooo much I jus wish I could pick up the phone and call you one more time and hear u tell me to smile that u only have one life! Ur the best brother god could have given me, I looked up to you.. You always turned my bad days into good days, you always made me smile wen I was down! But u will always be with me in my heart, it just doesn't seem real I just talked to 15 minutes before god took u in his hands! Well I love you so much, u mean the world to me and I know your watching over me ! You always have and always will! I'll see you again someday i know that for sure i try not to grieve so much but its hard ;( Love ALWAYS, Your lil sis Jessica Lane Chambers! "

Was Allen the first to be silenced by this gang/criminal enterprise consuming that town?

First thing I think when I read that timeline is "Why did she have to drive away from the house to clean out her car?" Mind, it didn't say to clean or wash her car (who does that after dark?) but to clean OUT her car. If that's all you're doing, you do it at home, generally. Unless she was cleaning it there at the gas station, which it doesn't look like she did. So where did she go to "clean out her car?"

It looks to me like this girl was a drug mule or something. And despite what the article says, if she stopped in to see Ali, I don't think she was trying to get out. Either she ripped someone off, or there's a rival gang, which no mention is made of.

That's the only way to get rid of people like this. Forget the legal route. Seriously.

Memphis gangs have executed two people from this small town 80 miles away. Both executions involved shots into the anus and both were buried and burned in the same area. Both were abducted in parking lots that are busy. Both were drug related.

I think that you are closer to the truth than you know. Something about this whole story is cockeyed and yours is the best angle so far, in as much as she was involved with these people and not on the fringes.

I figure she talked to much...

Burning is an excruciatingly painful way to die. This was a marker laid down as a warning to others. If they wanted her dead, they would have just shot her and been done with it. No, they wanted her to suffer. The gas in the mouth is that she "talked" to someone...
