2015 SOTU preliminary numbers show 19.41 million
[NBC 5.26m, CBS 7m, ABC 4.3m, FOX 2.85m]

[2015 numbers do not include cable channels or Internet streams.]

The tvbythenumbers article doesn't even mention SOTU in its headline:
