Cruz, who called on McConnell to put the screws on Obama over the Lynch nomination, diagnosed the bipartisan Beltway corruptocracy perfectly: "Far too many Americans are losing faith in our elected officials," he told Politico this week. "They've seen too many times politicians who say one thing and do another."

Indeed we have Senator Cruz.

We also have the tar and feathers at the ready.

Am sick to death of four-term, five-term, six-term incumbents who kowtow to their constituents once every six years then go back to DC and play politics-as-usual. And with many House seats it's even worse, holding on for twenty-thirty years then passing a torch to a son or daughter. These people think they're damned royalty, and it is past time we abuse them of that notion.
